Ansari Engineering Services have been appointed by Manara Development to carry out the design and supervision of architectural and marine works for the Hasabi Waterfront Development located in the south of Bahrain.

The Hasabi Development is a prestigious waterfront project covering an area of approx.

102 hectares in the south of Bahrain and provides luxurious residential developments in a marine environment with direct access to the sea for all villa owners in a serene and private setting.

Waterfront villa designs are now complete and mock-up villa constructions are due to commence in the second quarter of 2018.

Revetment construction works are ongoing with an engineered solution consisting of revetment concrete slope with rock armour at the bottom of the slope to encourage a diverse marine ecology.

The revetment solution has been engineered to account for the current scarcity of rock materials in the local market
