Oman's Ministry of Transport has floated tenders for a major direct road project linking Qarn Al Alam area of the sultanate with Adam-Thumrait dual road scheme, reported Times of Oman, citing senior government officials.
The ministry is currently taking the necessary measures to start through a public tender. This is part of developing the road network in the sultanate, stated the officials.
The project aims to connect Qarn Al Alam to Adam-Thumrait dual road covering a distance of 12.8 km, they added.
