Ithmaar Bank launches special financing offers for Danaat Al Baraka villas

Ithmaar Bank, a Bahrain-based Islamic retail bank, announced the launch of special financing offers for villas at the Danaat Al Baraka development located in Jannusan, Budaiya.

The special financing offers are designed exclusively for beneficiaries of the Mazaya programme, the Kingdom of Bahrain’s social housing scheme that aims to help eligible nationals buy their first homes.

The Danaat Al Baraka development, located in Jannusan, Budaiya includes 211 new villas, with four different contemporary designs, consisting of two floors with four rooms, a spacious hall, a kitchen, a room for a domestic worker, and a garage consisting of two parking spaces. This project was developed in collaboration with Eskan Bank and Danaat Al Baraka Company, specifically for beneficiaries of the Mazaya programme. The Danaat Al Baraka development covers a total area of 73,514 square meters.

“The special financing offers we introduced for this development include the option of repayment over a period of up to 25 years with no down payment, no evaluation fees, and no administration fees. The offer includes Home Takaful Insurance protection cover. Furthermore, customers will be able to obtain personal finance to be paid over 15 years, with competitive profit rates,” he said.
